Amazon Purchases
The Procurement Card is NOT to be used with a personal Amazon account.
The Amazon catalog in Aggie Enterprise is how Amazon purchases are to be made whenever possible.
If there is a reason why you cannot use Aggie Enterprise, a UC Davis Procurement Card may be used at checkout for business purchases, using UC Davis’s central Amazon Business account.
On the resulting AggieExpense reconciliation report, enter the reason why the card was used in lieu of using the Amazon catalog in Aggie Enterprise.
