There are several training options available for learning more about booking and reporting travel & entertainment expenses at UC Davis.

Online training options are available for registration in the UC Learning Center.

• Introduction to Travel at UC Davis (eCourse)

  This introductory online training session on Travel provides a high-level overview of UC Davis travel policies, procedures, best practices, and online resources.  This training also provides an overview of AggieExpense, as well as the Travel card that can be used to pay for official business travel and entertainment expenses.

• Entertainment Overview (eCourse)
  An overview of university policy, procedure and some helpful tips for entertaining on behalf of the university.
• Foreign Travel Overview (eCourse)
  An overview of university policy, procedure and some helpful tips for international travel.
• AggieExpense Approvals (eCourse)
  An overview of the Travel and Entertainment report approval process. All fiscal officers and department approvers should complete this training.
