Labor Rates

Special Services provides competitively priced on-demand labor. To minimize cost, recharges are assessed in 15-minute increments per number of staff assigned to the job. The recharge covers the costs of labor, vehicles and material handling equipment needed to complete the assignment.

  • $25.75 per 15-minute interval, per person, or $103 per hour, per person

Upon request, Special Services will provide an onsite estimate prior to scheduling the job.

These rates do not include delivery, setup or take down. Delivery, setup and take down are available at the labor rate stated above. 

  • A-Frame: 
    • $2.00/day
  • Chair (Folding): 
    • $0.50/day
  • Chair (Steelcase Leap, Think, or Gesture):  
    • $27.00/month 
  • Poster Board (6' x 8'): 
    • $35.00/day
  • Stanchions: 
    • $3.00/day
  • Table (8’ rectangular, 6’ round, 30” round highboy): 
    • $2.00/day
  • Tent (10’ x 10’): 
    • $23.00/day

  • Inside: $64 monthly per pallet (48” x 40”)
  • Outside: $32 monthly per pallet (48” x 40”)
