Special Services rents equipment and offers delivery and setup for your special events.
Event Supply Rental
The following items are regularly available:
- Banquet tables
- Folding chairs
- Tents 10' X 10'
- Stanchions
- A-Frame signs (see UC Davis temporary posting policy)
- Poster boards 6' x 8'
Our rates are competitive with local rental companies. Review our rates page for costs associated with these services.
We offer a variety of set-up/delivery services from full event set-up to just delivery. We also offer will-call of rental items for small-scale events.
Special Services normal business hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. Many times we are able to accommodate early or late weekday deliveries. Please note that our services are not available on Saturdays or Sundays, or on university holidays.
If any items are rented over a weekend or university holiday, the items must be secured to prevent from being lost or damaged. Departments will be charged the replacement cost for lost or damaged items.
Initiating a Rental Request
To initiate an equipment rental, please fill out the request in AggieLogistics. Click on the Log In link in the upper right corner, and then log in with your campus login ID and Kerberos passphrase.
