Our Document Shredding team makes shredding of your confidential documents convenient and secure!

We need your unused grey shredding totes!

If you have a grey shredding tote in your office not currently in use, please fill out a shred request, and our team will come pick it up.  Thanks for your help!

Securely Shredding Your Data

Our shredding service uses a level P-3 shredder, the only type of strip-cutter that produces small enough shreds to satisfy compliance requirements for multiple regulations, including:

  • HIPAA: protecting patient's medical records
  • FACTA: protecting consumer's personal data from being exposed, and preventing identity theft

Our shredding services are appropriate and suitable for medical records, personnel files, as well as financial data.

To request a shred console/tote in your office please fill out an online request and designate the type of container in the special instructions. Please note, consoles/totes are for the shredding of confidential documents only. Please do not include any other items.

Additional Fees

  • $103 per hour charge to remove paper clips, binder clips and other like items
  • $51.50 cleaning fee if tote contains trash
  • $103 charge to go on-site to unlock tote
  • $25 replacement fee for missing lock
