The next UC Davis Supplier Showcase will be held in October 2026. This annual event is a wonderful opportunity for UC Davis departments to meet many of our agreement suppliers and those featured in the Aggie Enterprise catalogs.

- Time: 10:00am to 1:00pm PDT
- Location: UC Davis Activities and Recreation Center (ARC)
No pre-registration or fee is required to attend, and the event is appropriate for any UC Davis employees who purchase on behalf of their department.
Suppliers
Suppliers representing commodities in the area of computer/software/IT, office, medical, scientific and laboratory, custodial, MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations), are generally well-represented at the Supplier Showcase.
Supplier registration will open in the middle of August, and the supplier list will be updated at that time.
Campus Providers
Campus providers are those UC Davis and UC units and departments that provide goods and services for the campus.
As of 7/6/26, this is the list of campus providers scheduled to be at the showcase:

Breakout Sessions
The Supplier Showcase provides an opportunity to learn more about current and upcoming purchasing initiatives, best practices, and ways to streamline university purchasing. Topics will be listed here once they are finalized.
