Logistics Launches Ad Hoc Mail Pickup

Mail Services is rolling out a new process for mail and parcel pickup, which will allow customers to request same-day pickup for campus mail and outbound items using a simple, mobile-friendly online system.

How It Works

Each mail stop will have two QR codes posted in its mail area.

Toy Drive Team Says Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who supported the 2025 Campus Mail Services Toy Drive, benefiting the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program!

A total of 235 toys were collected this year, including about 40 donated by AggieSurplus customers during this month's in-store shopping. The toys will be distributed to Yolo County children in need.

Mail Services Food Drive Brings in 3,400 Pounds!

This year's annual Annual Mail Services Holiday Food Drive brought in close to 3,400 pounds of non-perishable food and other items, which will benefit the UC Davis community.

UC Davis Health Mail Services collected 1,794 pounds of food, about 99 pounds more than last year.

Campus Mail Services also exceeded last year’s total, bringing in 1,604 pounds in total, about 87 pounds more than last year. That total included 115 pounds collected during AggieSurplus In-Store Shopping.

Food Drive a Success Thanks to You!

Mail Services would like to thank the campus and UC Davis Health for their support of this year’s Food Drive.

Campus Mail Services collected 1,517 pounds of food and other non-perishable essentials, which included 185 pounds donated by AggieSurplus customers during November in-store shopping days. The collection was donated to the ASUCD Pantry, which provides food and basic essentials to UC Davis students.
