The AggieExpense step-by-step guides previously available on the Supply Chain Management website have been reviewed, updated, and moved into the Knowledge Base Article format.    We believe these updated guides will be more helpful and easier to follow than the previous versions.

On each of the AggieExpense information pages on the SCM website, including https://supplychain.ucdavis.edu/travel-entertainment/aggieexpense, the left menu contains all of the links to the updated guides.  We encourage you to bookmark the links that may be most relevant to you and your team.

If you attempt to access some of the old links or pages, you may receive the message, “You do not have access to this page.”  As long as you use the links on the left menu, you should be able to access all of the AggieExpense instructions.
