Courtesy Reply Mail offers the convenience of guaranteed responses.
When a response is guaranteed, such as with bill or invoice payments, you pay only for the cost of envelopes and postcards with Courtesy Reply Mail (CRM). Your customer pays the postage, and no permit is required to send CRM.

Simply add your return address information in the box provided on the form.
Note: To use the template, you need Acrobat Reader (at a minumum). If you are using Reader, you will not be able to save your changes; you can only save changes if you have a PDF editor (e.g., the Acrobat Professional). If you cannot save your changes, then provide the template file to your printing service and ask them to make the changes for you.
