Tax-Free Alcohol

NOTE: The supplier used by the Central Storehouse for tax-free alcohol will transition to Gold Shield Distributors on 7/1/26, resulting in lower costs to the university and individual departments.
Data Safety Sheets
To access the appropriate Data Safety Sheets, log in to the University of California Safety Data Sheet Lookup, using your UC Davis email address, and then your UC Davis login ID and Kerberos passphrase. Use search terms "Ethanol 190" or "Ethanol 200" to retrieve the applicable documentation. Under OSHA regulations, these data sheets must be kept in the location where they are readily accessible to employees in their work areas.

Return Policies
A Central Storehouse Returned Merchandise Authorization Form on the Supply Chain Forms page and a copy of the packing slip are required with all returns. A credit will be issued, for product in the original packaging, if returned within 15 calendar days of order receipt (excluding medical grade compressed gas cylinders).
Damaged goods may be exchanged for identical items if they are returned in the original vendor package within 15 calendar days of receipt, unless the vendor policy is more restrictive.
