As of July 25, 2023, the Teamsters have reached a tentative agreement with UPS for a new 5-year contract, averting for now a strike that was set to begin Aug. 1. The agreement must still be approved by union members to take effect, but is expected to pass.

We do not anticipate delays in UPS inbound or outbound shipments at this time and have replaced UPS as an outbound shipping option in AggieShip. However, until the agreement is ratified later in August, you may want to consider other shipping options when ordering or shipping critical or time-sensitive items.
