12/08/22: UPS Update

There continues to be disruptions to United Parcel Service (UPS) deliveries on campus. While some shipments are being delivered, others are being delayed or returned to the sender. We do not have an estimate as to when this disruption will be resolved.

To avoid delays, we strongly encourage you to inquire directly with your suppliers regarding shipping options. If the supplier uses UPS, you may consider requesting that your shipment be sent to Mail Services at 615 Hopkins Road. Customers will be alerted by email once their shipment has been delivered to Mail Services and may pick them up during normal will call hours of 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You may also consider requesting the supplier use alternative shipping companies, such as Fed Ex.
