Winter 2024 Holiday Schedule

Supply Chain Management operating and closed hours for the Winter 2024 Holidays are listed below.

AggieSurplus will be closed December 24-January 1.
Special Services will be working as workload allows from December 26-27 and 30.
Central Storehouse will be open December 26-27 and 30, regular hours of 7:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Chemistry Store in Chemistry Building, room 149, will be open December 26-27 and 30.
Microscope Services will be closed December 25-January 1.
MRO Store will be open December 26-27 and 30, regular hours of 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Scientific Store will be closed December 25-January 1.

The Help Desks will be closed December 24 through January 1. For questions or how-to resources, please visit the Supply Chain Management website.

Campus Mail delivery on the Davis campus will be suspended December 23-January 1.
- If delivery is required during the suspended days, customers can request Special Messenger service for a fee.
UCDH Mail delivery: Regular operating hours (8 am to 5pm) all days, except closed on the university holidays of December 24, 25, 31, and January 1.

Procurement and Contracting Services will be unavailable from December 24 through January 1.

Repro Graphics will be open everyday, except closed on the university holidays of December 24, 25, 31, and January 1.

Each of these systems will continue to be operational and available during the holidays.
