Supply Chain Management operating and closed hours for the Winter 2023 Holidays are listed below.

The UC Davis campus, including Supply Chain Management, will be closed during the winter holidays:

  • Monday, December 25, 2023 and Tuesday, December 26, 2023
  • Friday, December 29, 2023 and Monday, January 1, 2024

In addition, many campus units will be closed or working reduced hours on Wednesday, December 27 and Thursday, December 28.  Information on various Supply Chain Management services during this time is listed below.

AggieSupply Stores

  • AggieSurplus will be closed December 25-January 1.
  • Special Services will be working as workload allows from December 27-28.
  • Central Storehouse will be open December 27-28, regular hours of 7:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Chemistry Store in Chemistry Building, room 149, will be open December 27-28.  
  • Microscope Services will be closed December 25-January 1.
  • MRO Store will be open December 27-28, regular hours of 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Scientific Store will be closed December 25-January 1.

Help Desks (Accounts Payable, Procurement, AggieShip, AggieExpense, Card Program, Supplier Services)

  • The Help Desks will be closed December 25 through January 1. For questions or how-to resources, please visit the Supply Chain Management website.
  • Keep in mind that emergency requests will be regularly reviewed as part of the Emergency Cutover Plan.  

Mail Services

  • Campus Mail delivery on the Davis campus will be suspended December 18-January 1. Mail can be will-called at 615 Hopkins Rd. from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m. December 18-22 and 27-28.
  • If delivery is required during the suspended days, customers can request Special Messenger service for a fee.
  • UCDH Mail delivery: Regular operating hours (8 am to 5pm) December 27-28.

Purchasing

During the winter holiday period, AggieBuy and KFS will not be available due to the upcoming Aggie Enterprise implementation.   Learn what purchasing options are available during the cutover period.

Repro Graphics

  • Repro Graphics will be open December 27-28 with limited staff.
  • Pickup and delivery service will be suspended from December 25, 2023 through January 1, 2024. Pick-ups can be arranged at the West Sacramento production facility.
