Webinar: Aggie Enterprise - How It Will Impact Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Supplier Records Management

Aggie Enterprise will be launching at UC Davis in July 2023. This new financial system will be replacing many of our current systems, including the Kuali Financial System (KFS) and AggieBuy.  Aggie Enterprise will change the way the university completes multiple business processes, including purchasing, accounts payable, and supplier record management.

In order to assist our customers in better understanding these changes, how the new system will look and feel, and how to best prepare for Aggie Enterprise, Supply Chain Management will be hosting an online informational webinar in September.

This webinar will highlight the impacted processes that are managed by Supply Chain Management: purchasing, accounts payable, and supplier record managementOther processes will not be addressed, but you may information and answers to your questions on the Aggie Enterprise website.

The webinar will include a system demonstration, as well as plenty of time for your questions.  It will be recorded, and made available on Supply Chain Management’s Aggie Enterprise informational web page.
