Mike Morgan, C.P.M

As the Director of Procurement at Supply Chain Management, Mike oversees UP3 as well as Operational Procurement, Business and Revenue Contracts and the Strategic Sourcing Team. He provides the campus with high-level, professional procurement expertise and guidance, and represents Supply Chain Management on campus committees and UC Davis on systemwide workgroups.

Mike has been the Director of Procurement since 2021 and with UC Davis since 2011, serving in both Strategic Sourcing and Procurement positions. Prior to 2011, Mike worked at UC Berkeley as a Campus Buyer supporting Facilities and then Housing and Dining.


Christopher J. Caudle

As a member of the Supply Chain Management team, C.J. lends guidance in sourcing, solicitation and contracting functions to UP3’s Executive Committee. He is the Strategic Sourcing Manager for Commercial Services at UC Davis, executing procurement and contract management on strategic campus engagements. Since joining UC Davis in Summer 2016, C.J. has helped support Student Housing and Dining, Athletics, Mondavi Center, and the Fire Department.

Prior to joining the university, C.J. was a General Manager for DXP Supply Chain Services overseeing procurement and storehouse functions for multiple Fortune 500 clients. C.J.’s responsibilities included building cross-functional teams to pursue sourcing initiatives and advance e-procurement technologies. C.J. hails from Tulsa, OK and holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.


Stephanie Petrakis

Stephanie comes to UP3 from the United Kingdom Cabinet Office where she served as a Policy Advisor and a Data Analyst. She holds a Master’s of Science in Behavioral Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics and Mathematics. As coordinator for the program, she serves as the main point of contact for preferred partners and their university-wide partnership activation elements.
