Use this online form to submit a request for review of the following types of no cost agreements:
- No Cost Catering/Lodging Agreement
- No Cost Software/Online Subscription Agreement
- Credit Application
- Non-Disclosure Agreement
The specific agreement should be electronically uploaded as indicated below.
A staff member of Procurement and Contracting Services will let you know when the agreement has been signed/approved, or if additional information is needed to proceed.
NOTE: Agreement types other than the ones specified are NOT to be uploaded on this form; the KFS Purchase Agreement document should be used as needed for other agreement types.
