Change Orders

AggieBuy is not currently set up to accept order modifications once a requisition has been fully approved, and the purchase order has been exported to the supplier. 

In some cases, you may be able to contact the supplier and ask them to cancel the order if it has not yet shipped, but other types of modifications (e.g., adding new items, adding additional quantities of existing items) are not possible; they can cause problems with invoicing and account lien clearing.

In general, if you wish to add more items once an AggieBuy requisition has already been fully approved, we recommend that you create a new AggieBuy Requisition for the additional items or quantities.
